TruHR needed a performance-management module that felt friendly and personal, unlike the rigid, intimidating tools common in the market.
SOLUTION
Stakeholder research revealed key pain points and guided simple user flows, essential features, and an intuitive UI and design system—enhanced with a playful mascot and subtle animations for a welcoming feel.
